it is Brown's continuing strong appeal to women achievers, for some reason. I think Fan was right when he asserted a few years ago that the view of Brown as being more cooperative and less competitive because of its curriculum and the grading policy appeals to women more than men.

those recogninzed by the NMSQ, but also some who receive support from corporations. Its kind of weird. The truest measure would be just those who are recognized by NMSQ
