Anyone familiar with University Centre in Newark?

So, the building has small private rooms for $900, and larger shared rooms for $700 per person ($1400 each).
Would the building let me share the private room with my boyfriend? $1400 is an insane amount of money for us to pay, to share one bedroom in a shared apartment in *Newark*, where you could find 3 bedrooms apartments for less than that.
900 is within our price range, though.
If the building didn't let us officially share, would they give us trouble if he just "slept over" every night? Is there a restriction on how many times residents can have overnight guests? Would I have to sign him in and out every time he came and went? |
