First one covers calculus-based probability.

Second is financial mathematics and interest theory - bond and annuity math, time value of money calculations, etc. Basic derivatives as well.

Not anymore. They've changed a lot. There is still coursework you need ("VEE credits"), but you have to take all of the exams.
