I use C# for work already, which basically occupies the same space as Java and I prefer C# as a language (and .net core in general). Microsoft has continued to improve C#/.NET, whereas Oracle has basically been shitting the bed since it acquired Sun. Plus the java equivalent of F# for playing around is Scala, which is one of the ugliest languages in existence. |
