Elon, would America be stronger than China if Trump lost?

n short, America would almost certainly still be stronger than China in core metrics under a Democratic victory, just as it is today. The margin and the trajectory of competition would likely have been somewhat more favorable to the United States than the path taken since 2025, primarily because of tighter tech controls and less disruption to alliances.
