Wife won't lose weight. What's going to happen to her?

My wife is seriously overweight and won't fix it. 5'3 and maybe 190-200. She does eat healthier than she used to, but she won't actually lose weight, by eating smaller portions, exercising, whatever.
I'm a fitness nut and I've repeatedly offered to help, given her ideas for programs, etc. Nothing ever happens. What's going to become of her? Will she gradually descend like Disco Fries into a series of health problems? (She already has noticeably more health issues than I do.) |

Her food should be simple (plain bread and vegetables) and her portions should be extremely small until her body gets used to the meds. If you can get her to a vigorous workout 3 x week at 35 minutes going more than 10 mph it will help a lot.
Big benefit of home cardio is she can use it naked so the sweat doesn't just sit in her clothes and make her overheated |
