I already have a sauna, pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, cold plunge, secret room, temperature regulating bed, heated toilets, heated bathroom floors, LED lights in the whole house that change colors, surround sound, library, 300 gallon fish tank, playground, and out door fire pit. If you had tons of money what else would you buy for a 4k sq/ft kings palace?

I assume you already have a home gym? That's my favorite indulgence. Big enough that the family can all work out in the morning together before the school run.
Other of my favorite home luxuries:
--A nice espresso machine behind a bar where I camp out in the mornings and make coffees for the family, especially on weekends. We have a chat over breakfast about nothing before the day gets going. This has been a nice routine, especially as family dinners get harder as older kids have more activities and friend things.
--Nice closet systems structured around my specific wardrobe, instead of just generic wire hanging space.
--Replaced older builder-grade carpet with nicer ones that feel better under foot. Also, fancy leather soled moccasin slippers from Quoddy.
--Replaced all builder-grade hollow-core doors with real wood. They feel substantial and make a great "thunk" when closed. Keep out sound way better. High-quality hardware to go with them. Also high-quality light switches and faucets. Basically, upgrade the stuff that you touch because it's what makes a home feel premium.
--Higher end window treatments and blinds. Upgraded some trim in several rooms and a few items of cheaper cabinetry.

real talk: at least hire a fulltime chef and a masseuse to come give massages 5x/week, or are you too cheap even for that indulgence

a house big enough for a family and with an actual normal sized lot where you aren't breathing distance to your neighbors, your kids have room to play, and don't have to watch chandler take dumps. also a non-entry level superior play systems playset would be a nice upgrade
