After 30 it's a total prole tell. It's even worse when proles double down and say, "I'm getting higher returns on my investments!" Ljl, no you're not. Stop lying, you don't have investments. The stats on "investments" are abysmal, most of you are poor as fuck. |

If someone buys a car and the dealer is offering financing incentives it's stupid not to take advantage of it. I would borrow an infinite amount of money at 0.9%. |

To even be considered UMC your car is gonna be an insignificant expenditure. No non-loser has to have a car loan after 40. But I take on as much ultra low interest rate debt as I can. I assure you that UHMW people do same. In fact anyone that knows how to manage money would be aghast at turning down ultra low interest loans for anything. |

But in reality the “most wealthy people buy Toyotas and lexuses” line that Ramsey rolls with is a bit misleading. Most wealthy people are older and not super liquid. Younger higher earners absolutely buy German cars and often have loans.
Also, with a trade-in and a low enough rate (still possible in a new car purchase using captive OEM financing), it’s possible to get a low ass monthly payment without being underwater on the value of the car. |

You've already conceded that it's the best move financially. I can tell you from experience that UHNW are very likely to take advantage of low interest loans. These people often became wealthy because of financial acumen and it becomes second nature for them. Which is why Ackman instinctively used a coupon code for a Karlstack subscription.
