Coffee is decent, food is okay, they always have classy seasonal decorations and products and decent background music. The baristas make like $5 an hour. It takes like $300k to launch a franchise over there. I used to go to Tully's every day at like 4 PM and work and poast for a few hours while waiting for this girl I was seeing to get off work and most of that time was when XO had a somewhat decent night crew. Whenever I am back in Japan (which is less frequent these days) I always go to Tully's. And it's hilarious to hear Japanese people pronounce it.
