Date: April 11th, 2026 2:14 PM Author: dashing box office fanboi For it to taste like it does in Italy, I'd go with brands like Lavazza, Illy (Classico, moka grind), Kimbo, Segafredo, or Bialetti. The grind matters too, you want it a bit finer than drip but not as fine as espresso.
Follow the steps in that link and you'll get really close. I drink at least three macchiatos a day with it.
