Wagyu, prime, you name it. "Clients" then can come in and see our inventory of steaks or look at them online and "invest" in a specific steak (or as many as they want). Just like the stock market.
Then when dinner comes, diners come in and bid on the exact piece of meat they want. Any money over our price is paid out to investors as profit. Nothing is more efficient than a free market so over time this will lead to better steaks for diners, which means better reviews for us, and more business. Investors should also make a killing. The place is going to be called "Steakholders". |
