I genuinely think Olivia Rodrigo has about the same level of talent as the average lead in a high school musical.
You are surely right that there is some level of molding of pop stars by their handlers and labels, but Olivia Rodrigo has no personality. Compare her to other female pop singers of the last 20 years: Taylor, Gaga, Ariana, Sabrina Carpenter, Katy Perry, Pink.
They are all some combination of big personality and great singer/song writer. Olivia Rodrigo is neither. |
