NYC’s accused dine-and-dash diva Pei Chung finally behind bars — after at least ninth bust for same stunt
She’s cooked.
Accused Brooklyn serial dine-and-dash diva Pei Chung was finally a la carted off to jail — munching on “Pizza Pockets’’ instead of Michelin-star-worthy fois gras — after a judge held her on bail for her latest alleged food filching.
The 34-year-old wannabe influencer has had the cops called on her at least 10 times in just the past few weeks for allegedly scamming top restaurants out of free meals — including twice at the Michelin-starred Williamsburg brasserie Francie, according to police and law-enforcement sources.
“I’m glad that justice is being served,” said Francie’s fed-up owner, John Winterman, to The Post on Monday.

He said Chung even showed up recently for a third gratis helping from his eatery, although by time the joint wised up and shut her down before she could do any financial damage.
“It’s only in New York City where someone like this becomes a folk hero,’’ the owner said of Chung, whose Instagram account has gained followers since The Post first broke the tale of her alleged illegal antics.
The Prada-loving cheapskate pulled her latest fraudulent tactic Friday at the trendy Mole Mexican Bar and Grill at 178 Kent Ave. in Williamsburg around 3 p.m., when she ordered $149 in food and then refused to pay, according to cops.
Chung, who faces eviction from her $3,350-a-month Williamsburg pad next month, was arraigned on a theft-of-services charge Saturday after her arrest.

It was at least her eighth arrest over such incidents, sources said.
But she was only finally jailed at on Rikers Island when the judge set her bail at $1,500 cash for Friday’s illicit foodie frolics, then tacked on another $1,500 bail for each of the two cases she was recently issued bench warrants over — after failing to show up for intake for court-ordered supervised release.
Her bail now totals $4,500 — and her alleged victimized restaurants are eating it up.
“I’m glad there’s some sort of recognition being brought to the matter. She was getting away with it. Way too often. And it’s just not right,’’ said a manager at the famed steak house Peter Luger.
The accused Michelin-star-loving menace — whose Instagram boasts that she’s “99 lb No plastic surgery,’’ with Rikers following up by describing her as “5’4”, 100 pounds. Taiwanese” — hadn’t posted bail as of Monday, records show.
Chung – who flaunts Prada heels, Louis Vuitton handbags and Hermes belts all over Instagram – often posted about the pricey dishes on her page in addition to running a mediocre blog reviewing her meals.
She has been known to bring her own lighting equipment and camera to record herself as a supposed influencer trying out the dishes.

Her string of arrests extend an alleged crime spree than began in late October, when restaurants including Francie, Lavender Lake, Motorino and Peter Luger said Chung posed as a food influencer to score meals before allegedly dashing on the tabs.
At fancy Francie, the fur-loving fraudster feasted Oct. 22 on such delectables as $15 foie gras, $32 carpaccio, $28 bucatini, $52 lamb, and $19 hot chocolate mousse, police and sources said.
She allegedly came back to Francie for seconds Nov. 7, according to police and sources.
“I don’t think entitlement is a strong enough word,” Winterman said.
“The clear proof of this was she kept going back to the same restaurants over and over. She already dined and dashed and refused to pay — she came back a third time, and I had to call the police.”
The flashy Chung didn’t try to keep a low profile during her epicurean escapades.
She showed up Nov. 11 to Motorino Pizza glammed up in a Louis Vuitton scarf, toting a Hermes bag and wearing expensive shoes, said the restaurant’s owner Mathieu Palombino, who suspects her getup cost more than $10,000.
Chung then stayed at the restaurant for four hours and ordered two whole pizzas, two lattes, two appetizers and tea, Palombino said.
When it came time to pay, Chung gave a restaurant worker an American Express card that was declined, prompting her to make him an offer.
“I’ll make a nice post for you if you give me the meal for free,” she told the work, according to Palombino on Monday.
“My guy called me, I said, ‘No way!’”
The manager at Peter Luger — where Chung had allegedly offered sex for a free meal — worried copycat serial dine-and-dashers could sprout up.
“It’s very unfortunate — it’s difficult, it’s a struggle for everyone,” the manager said.
The highfalutin Chung could be up for culinary culture shock in the pokey.
One of Rikers’ latest menus features questionable sustenance selections such as “Pizza Pockets’’ with sides of “steamed white cabbage, cucumber salad and chilled peaches.’’
Chung’s latest arrest comes after she ripped off Italian restaurant Misi and Sea Thai on back-to-back days earlier this month, according to cops.
Chung is also behind on $40,000 in monthly rent on her well-appointed studio to her landlord, disgraced former Gov. Eliot Spitzer, at 416 Kent Ave. and faces eviction Dec. 2, according to court papers.
Chung is slated to appear in court Wednesday.

Her lawyer did not return a Post request for comment Monday.
Palombino emphatically said he’d never invite Chung back to his restaurant.
“No, that’s just bulls–t,” he said. “This whole thing by her is completely staged. It’s one thing to need food if you are poor, but she ran this elaborate scam for what? No, we don’t need her business.”
