Date: March 20th, 2026 11:51 AM Author: Bistre Heady Marketing Idea i had a conversation with some normie colleagues earlier this week and half the group was boomers. we were talking about the iran war and if it had the potential to escalate into something serious, like ww3. the conversation wasn't political, we were just talking about the effects on normal people and how things might play out
i mentioned that before it's over, nuclear weapons may very well be used, and it could spiral into something very serious. one of the boomers responded by saying "well, i hope if the nukes start flying, they nuke (our city) first, because this world is so messed up anyway. i've lived out my life, i'm ready to go!" (i'm paraphrasing here). the other boomers all laughed and enthusiastically agreed
me and the couple of other millennial guys looked at each other out of the corners of our eyes and we couldn't even hide our reactions of disgust on our faces. it was really the "perfect" summation of the essence of boomers, their attitude, and what they've done to our civilization. they fucked up everything with their selfish greed for their entire lives, and now as they approach death, they're shifting to Ayn Randian "If I die, the whole world dies" straight up psychopathy and selfish spite. zero consideration or care for their own children or anyone/anything that will still be around after they're gone
really disgusting interaction that i think i'll probably remember for the rest of my life. boomers are seriously disgusting, evil people |
