Lupron is used to slow down precocious puberty and is used for three months or so. For whatever reason kids w early stress sometimes have precocious puberty which runs the risk of making them shorter than average so that’s what lupron is used for.

Let’s assume the kid is 20. So what was the standard of care for the administration of lupron in 2005-2015? I don’t know—look it up. But I’m betting it’s for 3 month use for a specific medical condition precocious puberty. Even off label it wouldn’t be used long term. In any state.
