it has to be done nationally obv, along with tariffs/economic nationalism.
the reality is that these corps have hoarded so much wealth since the early 80s while immiserating and replacing US workers w/ low-wage scabs that they should all be hanged.

So by the lobbying group's own analysis (which I'm sure was not weighted in any direction), 5-8% more restaurants might close because of this than normal.
So if in a normal 25% of restaurants would close, this year 26.5% of restaurants will close.
I agree - there's no way that many businesses shutting down is outweighed by the benefit of workers being able to eat and pay rent on their wages.
