But did you ever wonder what the fuck an "adjuvent" is? They didn't teach that in your science class, I bet. Even most molecular biology majors never learned that term in school.
An adjuvent is something that aggravates your immune system on purpose. Its job is to make your body angry. That's it.
The reason they put adjuvents in vaccines is because your immune system has no reason to think a dead/inactive virus requires an immune response. You inhale/consume environmental toxins all the time and your immune system doesn't care. So they mix the dead/inactive virus with this juice that's meant to trigger your immune system.
The logic is simple: if your immune system gets triggered at the same time this foreign protein is injected into you, your immune system will [mistakenly] identify the dead virus as the culprit, and develop antibodies that help it fight the live strain.
But dead viruses are just protein. All your immune system sees is protein. So you feed your kid some protein-rich peanut butter within a few days (or even weeks) of getting the adjuvent and no wonder their immune system gets confused. Congrats on making your kid allergic to FOOD. |

2. So what if we replace the aluminum with something else? Whatever we replace it with will have to be toxic, otherwise it won't trigger an immune response. |
