Help me understand guys who "freeze time". Do they age rapidly?

He went on to tell me: Your heart is beating normally at normal speed, only for my perception your heart is like 1 beat per hour.
Sounds like bullshit, but Ive seen him make it to and from Pittsburgh in like 2 seconds with a piece of food |
