They are regaining territory in Sumy, meanwhile they are digging trench lines and fortifications *behind* their remaining cities in the Donbas. Pretty clear they know that, since Russia has formally annexed the Donbas as part of their constitution, there won't be a cease fire until Russia takes it so they are resigned to losing it. |
