Firestone flattened my tire and tried to blame it on me

His first response was "didn't we tell you your tires need replacing?"
BITCH NO I GOT THE EMAIL INVOICE ON MY PHONE IT SAYS YOU INSPECTED THE TIRES AND THEY WERE GOOD.
Next he said "the tires were low when you brought it in and we didn't do an inspection for leaks."
BITCH I KNOW HOW MUCH AIR WAS IN THE TIRES WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN AND IF IT HAD A FLAT TIRE I WOULD HAVE MENTIONED IT.
An hour later they tell me there was a leak around the bead, no punctures, and they fixed it.
BITCH HOW DID MY TIRE DEVELOP A LEAK AROUND THE BEAD SEAL WHILE IT WAS UNDER YOUR CARE? DO I NEED TO CALL EPAH? |
