why is he allowed to live in the US? His MAGA is evidence he’s a terrorist and he should have been arrested and deported a long time ago

It doesn't appear we have a normalized criminal exportation agreement for all criminals with a partner country. There isn't any constitutional or international law bar to stop that from happening though. We could be at the start of a "deportation of all convicted criminals" regime, probably to Rwanda, El Salvador of course, maybe a couple others where we pay them to host criminals serving sentences. This could apply even to natural born U.S. citizens but currently it's just deportation of illegal immigrants to answer your initial question.
The real legal issue would be once the term is served, if ever served, there can't be refusal of the citizen to return to their home country. So if following international law the person would have to be allowed back into the United States. Question if you will if this or any administration going down this road would actually adhere to that and what the consequences would they fear if they didn't (not much).
Other alternative I imagine is a permanent "supervised release" sentencing in the partner country where there is no real prison sentence per se and the U.S. citizen is on lifetime parole to essentially be a free person to live and establish a life there, more likely as some second class servant with penal labor obligations, but otherwise go about life never leaving that country but also not being in prison. Such that the sentence never truly ends and they will never have a right to return to the United States.
