Date: July 4th, 2025 5:41 PM Author: N904PD They filed a new action in dc. Judge granted emergency stay to figure out what the hell is going on then transferred new case to Massachusetts where it will presumably go to original judge who got smacked around by SCOTUS. But kept stay in place.
