Date: March 27th, 2026 1:47 PM Author: Paralegal Marandi (Death, death to the IDF!) A plot to firebomb the New York City home of a prominent Palestinian activist was disrupted by the FBI and NYPD, according to a criminal complaint and an interview with the activist.
Nerdeen Kiswani, co-founder of the group Within Our Lifetime, said the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force told her late Thursday about "a plot against my life that was 'about to' take place." She said she was told the suspect, Alexander Heifler, was apprehended.
Heifler, a resident of Hoboken, New Jersey, was arrested at his home late Thursday, according to the criminal complaint, after revealing to an undercover NYPD detective that he planned to throw a dozen Molotov cocktails at Kiswani's home.
The complaint says Heifler spent weeks discussing the plot with an undercover law enforcement official, and at one point went to scope out Kiswani's home. He allegedly invited the undercover official to his home Thursday, where he had assembled components for the firebombs, including rags, corks and Everclear, a highly flammable alcohol.

t’s a hell of a coincidence. On February 24, I announce a lawsuit against Betar, a violent extremist group. Then on March 4, a person with reported ties to a Jewish extremist organization, according to the New York Post, is surveilling my home and plotting to assassinate me by firebombing it before fleeing the country.
We’ve seen this before. Alex Odeh, a Palestinian activist, was assassinated in a firebombing carried out by members of the JDL. The perpetrators fled to Israel and were never held accountable.
For months, I’ve been exposing the connections between groups like JDL, Betar, and the World Zionist Congress. I’ve been speaking about it publicly and challenging it legally.
So the question is simple. Why won’t the media and authorities disclose what organizations the person targeting me was connected to? What is being protected, and who benefits from that silence |
