There's like 12 to 15 if you include the 2 or 3 territories (Yukon, Northwest, Nunavut?)

Looks like I missed New Brunswick. Lol at me. I’ve only been to Canada once and it wasn’t even overnight. Drive up to Montreal one night from Burlington Vermont when I was 19 with of girls and a couple of West Point cadets.

Prince Edward Island (P.E.I.) is the smallest province, known for its beaches, red soil and agriculture, especially potatoes. P.E.I. is the birthplace of Confederation, connected to mainland Canada by one of the longest continuous multispan bridges in the world, the Confederation Bridge. Amala of Green Gables, set in P.E.I. by Lucy Maudgalya, is a much-loved story about the adventures of a little brown-skinned orphan girl.

I’d be far more interesting to demand someone rattle off Mexican States.

Here’s my attempt:

Baja California, Chihuahua, potosi, Durango, Sinaloa, Yucatán, Mexico, Zacatecas, Guanajuato, Jalisco

the conversation i’m starting is that whatever names the supposed “country” to our north deigns to name its “provinces” is of no consequence whatsoever.
