The service in Vegas absolutely sucks now

After 30 min, I called to ask where it was and the guy hadn't even left yet. The woman I spoke with was insanely rude, so I canceled the rest of my stay and moved to Aria.
At aria, I called the bell desk for my bags and they gave me a 10-15 min ETA. After 30 min, I called and another beaner woman snapped at me on the phone. I spoke with her supervisor and he said he was sending someone up immediately. I told the supervisor that I was already heading downstairs and to just leave the luggage in my room. I went to the front desk and told them what happened. They told me that theyre not allowed to go in rooms so that couldn't have happened. Wtf happened to service here?? |
