It would be much better to end up paying them for the oil for the next 50 years. Close source and it develops a dependency.
Instead Trump wants the oil going asap, the CIA presents him with some military backed traitor to maduro who ends up being corrupt as shit and we're back here in the same predicament 20 years from now. |
