See new posts Conversation Josh Rainer @JoshRainerGold People always do this thing when I mention Cushing’s where they think I’m somehow absolving someone of their culpability in being fat and fucked up, rather than just describing the state they’re in. “No they’re just fat.” Yeah man being fat like this where your neck disappears and your cortisol is constantly exploding is called Cushing’s. I could inject you with cortisol and you’d start transmogrifying into this but also people treat their bodies like shit or have a weak constitution or something terrible happened to them. They could just not eat and wouldn’t be as fat but would still have all the other ailments of a deteriorating body. |
