Tons of retards are "pen testers" and "ethical hackers" or "threat analysts" on LinkedIn and you see their previous work experience was waiter at Longhorn before doing some "certs". It looks like there is an entire cottage industry of YouTube people explaining how to switch to this "career" and make 100k with zero skills or experience just some "certs" you can study for in 1 week. I looked into the certifications and there are like 100 different ones from like 20 different companies, and they all require you to pay annual dues to maintain the certification. At hospitals, if you show up looking like you work for an IT company, people who work at the hospital will just assume that's what you do. If you tell a doctor "I'm from IT, and we're getting some really weird signals from your terminal, can you log in for me?" the doctor will do it, no questions asked. There will undoubtedly be empty rooms with ethernet jacks in every hospital as well. |

The end result is you can complete an entire 4-year bachelor's degree in under 90 days (while also working full time), less time than it takes to read and absorb 1 textbook for say a data structures and algo class in a typical CS program.
Look at some of the classes in that list. You get 6 credit hours for some class called "Software I". People on reddit commonly report completing entire classes in under 8 hours. |
