so, if take biden at his word that he really believes this, it means he was ok not having a duly ratified amendment be the law of the land for two years and waited until right before he left office to declare it law. but of course anyone can see the reality that this is just some bitchmade political theater. i still cannot think of to what end it is being done though. |
