If it's something like the fire department just has to call the ATC and say "hey you see that smoke we're going to do some firefighting, tell the Air Force not to light us up" and the ATC passes that and the IFF info or whatever along, then that can't be much of an issue.
But if it's some bureaucratic multi-agency nightmare, then yeah it could be a problem. |
