The actual chips are the same chips they were making before, with more cooling and tighter spacing between the GPU and the RAM. The jank connector on the back makes this look like a goddamn Jetson that they reconfigured to fit in a gaming PC. The Switch 2 motherboard doesn't have anything that looks like that.

it's so lame how they're all about DLSS and framegen now. DLSS is just OK as a compromise for the gargantuan compute required for path/ray tracing, but it isn't something that should be the core tenet of your marketing.
and framegen hardly even makes sense. the utility of high framerates is low latency and increased responsiveness. increasing latency to generate "more frames" is absurd.
