Jack Dorsey, former Twitter CEO, popularized intense "dopamine fasting" and wellness routines to increase focus,
often fasting 22 hours daily, eating only dinner, and undertaking weekend-long water fasts. His routine included daily 5 a.m. ice baths, saunas, and meditation, designed to boost mental clarity and "control his senses".

It's strange to see how so many people are simply addicted to screens these days. We had a power outage recently and several of my prole co-workers went out to their cars just so they could plug in their phones and scroll social media. When the lights came on they went back inside and scrolled in silence. Nobody reads books or does anything without screens any longer.
