Just think about suburban housing. It’s already vastly underutilized. Just in my neighborhood I would say 1-2 in 100 houses is straight up vacant. Probably 20-30% are just one or two people in 3500-6000 square feet. And they’re closing schools. And they’re still building houses out beyond the reach of the city for some reason. You’d have to be a complete idiot to consider a far flung exburb at this point.
