Should I pay CALIFORNIA TAX?

So if I don't pay 1099 tax now, will they go after me the same way as if I don't pay my federal irs tax? In that case its better for me to just file the tax now and at least claim about 50k in expense deductions. BTW I plan to quit that job in June. They send demand letters to people 2-3years after the year and then get penalties plus no opportunity to do any deductions and have to use kike and Muslim lawyers to even get through to them.
