A kid in Florida who just got arrested for murdering his mom had previously murdered his dad in Oklahoma. It was a he said - nobody said because the victim was not alive to testify. State dropped the charges citing lack of evidence. Son literally merked his dad and got away with it on a self defense claim. They have to have something on you to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it was a homicide. |
