Of course, there is still a role for top-down propaganda. E.g., Trump's speech being "so dark," the Sinclair broadcasting video, etc.
But the main way this stuff gets propagated is by some concentrated interest (typically a deviant subculture of some kind) creating a self-fulfilling project) prophecy. |
