that being said, the ICE guy here had 1000x > right to fire than the officer who killed Ashley Babbit. |

iow, the driver made a horrible choice. she was not intending to run down the ICE agent but when you wheel about directly in front of armed LEO you invite the reasonable fear that you are trying to run someone down. |
