It actually would have been better, I assume, for the people of Los Angeles if she had not returned, as now she is participating for optical reasons, which will serve as a dragsail, at least somewhat, on all efforts. |

These winds occur every year, spread fires almost every year, and this year it was a news item for weeks that they were going to be hurricane force.
Obviously Ron DeSantis couldn't stop the hurricanes, but there's a lot of space in between stopping the disaster and doing literally fucking nothing and going to Africa.
