Date: March 3rd, 2025 12:27 AM Author: Cobalt cuckold center very excited for conference tourney time but don't have much to say about the teams atm, however March is a good time to start considering the coaching carousel: UNC extended Hubert (lmao) so the IU job search will be the story of the spring/summer. I expect it will be as exciting as last year's UL/UK searches combined, and with good chances of a worse final result. They've already whiffed publicly on Brad Stevens and Dusty May, and past that there aren't many realistic options that the IU boosters would approve of. Chris Beard is the man for the job imo but who knows what will happen. UVA is the next biggest (unless maybe Villanova fires Neptune), and from what I hear from friends in Charlottesville the list rn is Ryan Odom/Shaka Smart/Richard Pitino. The friend also mentioned Mark Byington, but I don't really believe that the UVA athletic department is willing to get in a buyout bidding war with Vandy. |
