it's also not very good at tracking compared to wrist-based devices like garmin or apple watches.

Evening flights are chill. I get to my destination, get my luxury rental car, go to a restaurant, get to my nice hotel, maybe visit the fitness center, do a last round of emails, go to sleep. If the flight is delayed maybe I'll compress that and get delivery or takeout or whatever. But nbd. Morning is always stressful. A delay could mean that you'll miss whatever meeting you're flying in for.
But yes, you're right on schedule. I'm never asleep before midnight and often go to sleep more like 1-2am. In fact, my dog usually gets a really nice long walk/run in the middle of the night which helps me wind down and help the sleeping pills kick in. |
