i am just repeating myself but he looked like a very average guy and did not have a particularly big frame. i do not think it would be possible for him to support that kind of mass even with roids and bodybuilder schedule hours in the gym. |

wrong. I've been up to 235 before and have a big frame. Also had about 13% bf, not 19-20%. Also had flat stomach and faintly visible abs there. those were old pictures too, before I finished cutting and then bulking up more.
fwiw I don't really give a shit about what I look like my strength is high. My maxes were about 300/400/500 when I was at 215 and in better shape.
As for being a classic 6' 190 guy without any direction in lifting or whatever....1. I'm 6'2 and 2. My size has fluctuated a lot over the years, and I used to powerlift a lot, definitely not without a sense of direction.
