There are tons of issues with license suspensions, chemical tests, etc. I've done over 50 DWIs and I still get hit with issues im clueless on. It would be 180 to have that book for free.
Ex. Guy refuses and read his refusal rights, asked to blow, says "I want a lawyer." Is that a refusal or not? Answer might surprise u. It might be ur 51st DWI before u run into that issue. |

if you're able to plead them down, that's awesome. it's money in your pocket with next to no effort... but, if you get a client who INSISTS on going to trial, you're SOL. and that happens more than you think. |

I don't think you'll get a ton of clients that way though. The way you get a good deal is to call the DA, say "this is the evidence in our favor, offer this" and if she says no, say "lmao ok let's set it for trial." |
