They say the drug he died from is some heavy duty barbiturate that's only supposed to be used on alcoholics who are withdrawing and at risk of death from the withdrawal. They've got to be in that state before you can put this muscle relaxant into them. I don't think it's even used in the USA. Wikipedia says the risk of abuse is high, so maybe Moon was using it recreationally and he OD'd, but if so he had some serious ass problems and it's also consistent with him being demented/having no memory for 2/3 of his adult life. This barbiturate is meant to turn you into a zombie. |
