2. An autopsy has not been performed yet; we are going through that process now.
3. The intake notes form roughly 60-90 minutes before he coded showed he was "chatting away" and his vitals were great.
4. It was an unwitnessed arrest. |

He told my mom that morning he had a stomach ache. I think he just got sick, vomited, and the Haitian techs didnt give a fuck until they found him dead 30 minutes later. |

They tried to make me believe a loved one died that way, except they messed up the death certificate and other situations pointed to foul play. |

When the "doctor" at the rehab place called, he told me he was calling MGH to "ream them" for sending my dad over. That doctor couldn't intubate for whatever reason so he fucking called 911, EMS intubated, and he was transported a couple hundred feet up the road to the hospital. |
