We see narrowly because we are finite, differentiated beings: through a glass darkly. The limits of experience become the limits of the world we can inhabit. What our models must exclude does not disappear; it accumulates as unprocessed pressure until it returns in a form we can no longer contain. This is the tragedy of existence.
