FAMILY WIPED OUT: At least 8 people killed in a Billings murder-suicide, including a 12-year-old and a 15-year-old. Police called it a “family disturbance.”
That word is the problem.
Family members say LANDON GHEKIERE, 15, and CHARLOTTE GHEKIERE, 12, were killed with other relatives inside. Police have confirmed multiple adults and multiple children are dead.
The suspect was found in the backyard with what police say was a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He later died.
They used a soft word for a whole family getting wiped out behind a locked door.
If police can call 8 dead people a “family disturbance,” the word is doing the covering-up.
