You have a great look and a cool name and you need to listen up: stop everything you're doing and change completely. Nothing about you is cool or unique when you speak. People expect a Chad and get a Loser which is the worst kind of loser because it elicits the ick reaction whereas an ugly loser can be heard.
Figuratively break your shins and learn to walk again.

180! I did it for a little while through my job - someone created a chapter at my office and we met at lunch. it was pretty helpful. the planned speeches went really well (I think I only did two of them) but I still get embarrassed thinking about how badly I bombed most of the impromptu ones. but they got easier as we went.
my ICEBREAKER was 180. it was about which emo songs represented how I felt at various points in my life, from middle school to college. I made a Spotify playlist to go along with it. and then my VISUAL AIDS one was about hedgehogs and was very cute. Idk if all chapters do this but the way we did it was, two people presented prepared speeches per meeting and everyone voted on which was better. I won both of mine by a landslide. but I always fucked up the impromptu ones until the last few.
