Today I went to Costco’s and I made my family dinner. That’s pretty much it.

Dinner I just parboiled some rice, cooked some chicken breast, shredded the chicken, put the rice and chicken in a casserole dish and put some cream of mushroom, some poblano soup, and some creamy chicken queso soup and then frozen broccoli florets, baked that covered, then hit it with some shredded cheese and we had a nice wild rice and cheese chicken casserole. Looking forward to playing Settlers of Catan this evening with my wife and son. |
