They count on dupes just refinancing with them because they have their checking account there and its "easier" as if paying a mortgage on a second website is that hard.
If I were you, i'd contact a mortgage broker, get him to quote you a rate, then run back to your BFF at BOA and see if they match it. Chances are, they suddenly will get approval to give you a lower rate |
