9/11 was hijackers. Planes. Al-Qaeda. Bin Laden. Nineteen fanatics found the soft spot in the machine and drove through it. That’s it. That’s the story.

Not holograms. Not missiles. Not demolition crews. Not some secret Pentagon CGI magic trick. If that’s your theory, congratulations, you’re the dumbest guy on a message board full of dumb guys.

The towers fell because jets hit them. Big jets. Full of fuel. Moving fast. Steel, fire, gravity. Try to keep up.

The Pentagon was hit by Flight 77. There were witnesses, wreckage, bodies, records, phone calls. Sorry the plane didn’t land intact on the lawn so some GeoCities detective could inspect it with a JPEG viewer.

Flight 93 went down because the passengers fought back. Actual men and women did something brave while you’re online asking where the wings went.

Now Saddam? No, I don’t think he personally planned it like a Bond villain in a bunker. Grow up. But clean? Please. Saddam was a blood-soaked gangster sitting in the same regional sewer as every other anti-American freak with a passport scam and a terror contact. He paid terrorists, sheltered dirtbags, played games with inspectors, shot at our planes, and hated us. Was he complicit in the larger mess? Probably. Was he worth trusting? Not for one second.

And don’t give me “Iraq was secular.” Yeah, and criminals never work with people they dislike. Brilliant insight, professor.

The government failed. The CIA missed things. The FBI missed things. Airport security was a joke. The Saudis stink. The 1990s made everyone soft. That’s the scandal. Not magic explosives. Not invisible planes. Not some 240p clue you found on a forum.

The boring truth is ugly enough: al-Qaeda hit us, Washington slept, Saddam was dirty, and now everyone is acting shocked that the world is full of bastards.

That’s not a conspiracy.

That’s reality.
